PLM Coach is an initiative by the Prevention & Lifestyle Medicine Club at UBC Medical School in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Our team of medical student coaches provide online, values-based health coaching to participants across BC interested in making shifts in their lifestyle to promote greater health and wellness in ultimate service of helping people in our communities live fuller, more meaningful lives.
